The IT Infrastructure Manager leads a team of administrators and support staff and manages relationships with outsourced providers to make sure associated hardware, software, and network are stable and scalable, perform within agreed targets, and provide a secure platform for the company's business operations. | |

1. Guarantee overall stability and scalability of the technical infrastructure (hardware, software, networking, and communications systems) | 20%

Ensure the health and availability of all network systems & components Ensure infrastructure systems security, including patching and auditing Ensure proactive monitoring of network and server components Employ backup, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery programs Employ a strategy of maintaining technology lifecycles |

2. Provide effective support models through internal resources and management of relationships with vendors and outsourced providers | 20%

3. Ensure proper deployment and support of infrastructure projects including licensing, installation, configuration, and maintenance | 20%

4. Support the organization through effective communication, prioritization of work effort, and management of deliverables | 20% |

5. Perform normal management duties | 20% |

This is a leadership position that directly impacts the availability and stability of our solutions. The IT Manager Infrastructure is responsible for a considerable budget related to both assets and vendor relationships.
