Job Title: ServiceNow Developer


Position Overview

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Requests, Change Requests, Record Producers, Order Guides, Reporting, and Workflows/Flow Designer.

  • Build and support integrations such as Orchestration, AD/LDAP, Entra ID (Azure), and API integrations (REST/SOAP).

  • Utilize strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST, XML, and related technologies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including those related to custom tables, workflow automation, and complex data references.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

  • Apply ITIL best practices to service management processes.

  • Adhere to SOX-enforced policies and procedures; experience in regulated environments preferred.

  • Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

  • Provide support across global time zones as business needs require.

  • Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate for workflow and process automation.

  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and solution design.

  • Build and enhance ServiceNow catalog forms and related components.
