Overview:
We are seeking an Asana Expert (or TPM with specialization in Asana) to support multiple teams in maintaining, optimizing, and building Asana projects and workflows. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary tool.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and optimize existing Asana projects and workflows.
- Build new Asana projects, templates, and structures based on team needs.
- Create and manage Asana automations, including rules, integrations, and custom workflows.
- Ensure cross-team alignment by standardizing project setups and best practices.
- Troubleshoot Asana-related issues and provide guidance to team members.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary skill.
- Strong understanding of Asana project architecture, automation, and workflow design.
- Experience supporting multiple teams and operational processes.
- Ability to translate team needs into structured, scalable project setups.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
