Job Details

Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer
Location: Remote (Must support Central Time hours)
Duration: 12 Months
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CT

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who can independently design, build, and deliver production-ready Power BI dashboards. This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership of analytics solutions, and direct collaboration with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Build data models and write advanced DAX

  • Gather requirements and work directly with stakeholders

  • Perform light T-SQL development and data prototyping

  • Own Power BI solutions end-to-end (requirements to deployment)

  • Support production releases and ongoing enhancements

Required Skills:

  • Strong Power BI experience (DAX, data modeling, visualization)

  • Strong T-SQL skills

  • Experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Fabric

  • Azure Synapse Analytics

  • Agile/Scrum experience

Experience:

  • 5 7+ years of Power BI or analytics experience

Interview:

  • One round, Teams video interview (screen share required)
