Job Description
Vendor Manager / Contract Specialist with strong technical proficiency in the Icertis Contract Management platform and solid understanding of contract management processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while supporting users and coordinating with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Issue Management: Triage, log, and categorize defects, incidents, and inquiries relating to the IT Vendor Management interface of Icertis; track issues through resolution and report on SLAs and progress.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Icertis project team, developers, QA, and business analysts to drive timely issue resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain clear records of issues, root causes, workarounds, and solutions to support a growing knowledge base.
- User Support: Provide troubleshooting assistance, guidance, and ad-hoc training to end-users and super users.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the Icertis platform and contract lifecycle processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
