About the Role

Seeking a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Architect with over 15 years of expertise in Microsoft technologies to design, architect, and deliver scalable enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in the tolling domain, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to lead teams, modernize architectures, and drive strategic technology decisions in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture and Design

• Architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications using .NET and Microsoft technologies.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts such as Use Case Documents, Design Models, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Conduct architectural reviews ensuring compliance with design patterns, best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
• Lead and coordinate multiple Agile/Scrum teams across different solution components.
• Facilitate architectural discussions and technical decision-making with cross-functional teams.

Project Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Manage project estimation, risk assessment, and timely delivery of high-quality applications.
• Drive Proof of Concept (POC) efforts to assess new tools and frameworks for business solutions.

Domain Expertise

• Apply tolling domain knowledge to create domain-specific, real-world solutions.
• Optimize system performance and processes through domain-driven design principles.

Performance Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using tools like App Insights, ANTS Profiler, and FullStory.
• Troubleshoot critical software issues such as memory leaks, database performance, and connection management.

Stakeholder Management

• Support business development through proposal creation and staffing contributions.
• Collaborate directly with clients and leadership teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Expert in .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, WCF, and Microsoft technology stack.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Angular, Node.js, and other modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, and data warehousing solutions.

Domain Expertise

• Proven experience in the tolling domain, understanding its operational, technical, and transactional aspects.

Leadership & Management

• 15+ years of progressive experience, including roles such as Principal Architect / Senior Technical Architect.
• Strong background in leading Agile/SCRUM teams and implementing enterprise-wide architecture solutions.

Tools & Frameworks

• Proficient in App Insights, ANTS Profiler, NUnit, Telerik, and UML modeling tools.
• Strong grasp of software design patterns and architectural principles (SOLID, DDD, etc.).

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field.
