Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer Engineer to join our insurance technology team The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and a proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams This role involves designing and implementing digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AEM component templates and workflows tailored to insurance products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts UX designers and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences
• Translate insurance business requirements into scalable AEM solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance optimisation and adherence to best practices
• Participate in sprint planning daily standups and client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback
• Support integration with backend systems such as policy management claims processing and CRM platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM deployments and content delivery.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager, including Sites, Assets and Forms
• Strong understanding of Java J2EE, HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs
• Experience in developing AEM components using Sling JCR and OSGi frameworks
• Familiarity with insurance workflows customer journeys and digital servicing platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
• Ability to work in agile environments and contribute to collaborative team efforts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with personalisation analytics and campaign management in AEM
• Exposure to cloud-based AEM environments and DevOps practices
• Prior experience working with insurance clients or on insurance-related projects
• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies
