Job Title: SAP HR CORE ( Canada)

Primary Modules: Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing (RCM), Onboarding

Location: Remote (USA)30%+ Travel may be required (Client Discretion Expenses Covered).

Engagement : This will be a gig style project.

For Example: 200 hours work or 300 hours work in 2 to3 months.

SAP HR provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in supporting SAP solutions in the area of SuccessFactors, SAP HR (OM/PA) and Payroll (ECC6).

SAP HR Duties & Responsibilities:

Leads a functional development area for the SuccessFactors competency SuccessFactors for Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Goals etc

Working closely with our payroll department on all ROI and NI payroll issues general monthly payroll sickness/maternity benefits and any other social welfare/revenue matters, administering any data changes as required

Work with key stakeholders to define scope, timescales, quality, approach to business change and engagement, handover criteria and the benefits realisation plan

Apply and facilitate execution of HRMS policies & processes

Deliver HRMS services within agreed service framework

Provide functional expertise regarding HRMS processes and systems

Run and participate in HRMS Delivery projects

Ensure data quality in the HRMS system and other interfaces

Manage agreed dependencies with other HRMS teams

SAP Payroll

For raising SAP Incidents

Human Resources business processes

SAP Human Resource modules
