Job Title: Senior Data Architect Snowflake & AWS S3

Summary

We are seeking a Data Architect with strong experience in Snowflake and AWS S3 to lead the design and optimization of enterprise data architecture. The architect will be responsible for designing scalable data models, implementing efficient data pipelines, and supporting cloud-based storage solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data structures align with business and reporting needs. The ideal candidate brings deep technical skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience working with modern cloud data platforms

Required Skills

  • Experience in Data Architecture: 5+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale data solutions.
  • Snowflake Expertise: Proven experience with Snowflake features such as virtual warehouses, secure views, streams, tasks, and optimization techniques.
  • AWS S3 Knowledge: Practical experience with S3 for data storage, structuring, and integration into analytics platforms.
  • Advanced SQL & ELT: Expertise in writing efficient SQL and building robust ELT processes.
  • Cloud Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with Snowpipe, external stages, and data transfer best practices.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong skills in working across business and technical teams to define and deliver data solutions.
  • Problem-Solving & Agility: Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with data governance tools (e.g., Atlan, SODA).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Lucidchart for collaboration and documentation.
  • Experience with data mesh, data fabric, or modern data platform strategies.
