Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer
Location: Smithfield, RI (onsite 1 week, offsite 1 week)
Contract: 6 months+ extensions
Must-Haves:
- 6 10 years of experience in full stack development with strong proficiency in Angular, Java, and Oracle.
- Proven experience building enterprise-grade platforms, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and backend integration.
- Familiarity with compliance-driven development and IRS regulatory frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Plusses:
- Experience with modernization projects involving legacy system migration.
- Prior exposure to 401(k) or retirement product platforms.
- Knowledge of scalability strategies for regional client growth (e.g., Wisconsin market).
