Description:
Location: Schaumburg (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
As a Business Applications and Supply Chain Solutions Manager you will be responsible for the implementation and support of specific business applications. In this role you will have primary responsibility for the relationship between business users and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Supply Chain functional team through build, testing, and deployment phases of SAP implementation.
- Lead/Facilitate work shops, design sessions and gap analysis based on requirements.
- Understand and own configuration for PTP and adjacent business process.
- Develop functional specification, configuration documentation, testing, scripts and other such project artifacts.
- Validate and streamline business process for SAP.
- Educate stakeholders and project team members on SAP functionality and best practices.
- Ensure SAP functionality is leveraged ahead of customer code.
- Advocate for end-user adoption and improvements in usability.
- Coordinate business sign offs and development strategy.
- Vet deficits and associate resolutions based on business value.
- Develop a global template for SAP deployments.
- Stabilize business process leads/ members of the power user group to develop business cases.
- Develop roadmap of projects based on organizational needs.
- Evaluate technology products and appropriate methodologies.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Detailed understanding of SAP's processes and configuration related to Supply Chain capabilities including S/4 Material Management, Purchasing/Procurement , Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations and Logistics.
- 5+ years of SAP experience.
- At least two full life cycles of SAP S/4.
- 3+ years of MM,PP and QM
- 1+ year of ATP preferred but not required.
- Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of technology experience.
