Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability, or platform/infrastructure roles
Strong background in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure-as-code
Experience with microservice-based systems and operational best practices
2+ years of people leadership experience (hiring, mentoring, leading teams)
History of improving reliability, observability, and incident response practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Desired Skills & Experience
Background implementing SLIs/SLOs and designing fault-tolerant systems
Hands-on experience driving CI/CD pipeline maturity
Proven track record managing tech debt while supporting fast-moving teams
Values-aligned leadership with a focus on team trust, ownership, and high standards
