Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst to join a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.

What you'll do:

  • Configure, install, monitor, and maintain workstation hardware and software.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance.

  • Manage tickets and update the dispatch system.

  • Ensure workstation backups, licensing compliance, and security configurations.

  • Test, troubleshoot, and document application packages.

  • Maintain documentation of standards and configurations to improve resolution time.

  • Perform administrative tasks including reporting, ordering parts, and tracking inventory.

  • Stay current on workstation support technologies and tools.

What you need:

  • A+ Certification required (CompTIA A+ or higher preferred).

  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills with the ability to train users.

  • Familiarity with workstation hardware/software, OS imaging concepts, and LAN-based systems.
