Job Details
Key requirements:
Need to work in a Hybrid model (3-days onsite and 2-days offshore). The working days should match with the Westlake stakeholders
Should be flexible to travel at a short notice. During these visits at a Site location, the working model will be onsite (all days of the visit)
Drive projects (from a test / implementation aspect) from inception to delivery, managing budget, timelines, and quality goals.
Provide leadership and help foster a work culture that recognizes, supports individual differences in work-styles, personalities, cultures, and values to maximize team performance and effectively achieve team goals.
Putting in place a continuous improvement program with a focus on identifying and implementing best practices, measuring performance, and driving improvements.
Leverage existing tools or put in place new ones to ensure effective execution of projects.
Develop test strategy
Create test plan
Manage test team (s)
Design test scenarios and cases
Review test artifacts
Manage test execution
Report test results
Track defects and ensuring resolution
Evaluate and improve the testing process
Identify products to be assessed
Manage / create test data
Liaise with the software development and IT team (s)
Run diagnostic and system tests
Interact and coordinate with development and validation teams
Identify and eliminate redundant functions and components
Improve knowledge of business applications and user needs and expectations
Understand and implement industry standards and protocols
Monitor SaaS application's performance and troubleshoot problems and outages.
Collaborate with team members to optimize SaaS application performance and ensure network security.
Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff.
