Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems are designed and implemented to meet organizational goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and systems to identify improvement areas.

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Create system models, diagrams, and technical specifications.

  • Coordinate with development teams during design, implementation, and testing phases.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

  • Provide training and support to end-users.

  • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, software development, and systems integration.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.

  • Working knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, and system architecture.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
