Description

We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on maintaining and improving network and server infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity standards, and resolving complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled technical alignment visits, adhering to established best practices and standards.
Ensure compliance with security protocols, configuration guidelines, and documentation requirements.
Identify and address risks, gaps, and inconsistencies across client technology platforms.
Document exceptions and recommend actionable solutions for alignment issues.
Drive proactive remediation efforts to prevent recurring infrastructure, server, and network challenges.
Implement recommended changes to improve alignment and enforce technical standards.
Manage server, network, and cloud infrastructure environments, including deployment and configuration.
Administer Microsoft cloud, virtualization, and firewall platforms to maintain system reliability.
Perform patching, backup validation, and analysis to ensure data integrity and cybersecurity.
Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point to resolve deeper infrastructure and network issues effectively.

Requirements

Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated capability to multitask, adapt to changes, and respond with urgency.
Solid technical awareness and aptitude for matching resources to specific IT challenges.
Familiarity with IT support tools and methodologies.
Proficient typing skills for accurate entry of service request details.
Hands-on experience with firewall technologies and Cisco routers.
Knowledge of Active Directory and LAN (Local Area Network) environments.
