Sr. Systems Administrator
Location: Pompano Beach, FL (On site)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to manage and support the daily operations of our server and storage systems. This role includes disaster recovery, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of virtual environments such as VMware or Hyper-V. The candidate will respond to vulnerability scans, collaborate with security teams to mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards like PCI.
What You'll Do
- Maintain server and storage systems, ensuring high system integrity
- Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Certificates
- Respond to Qualys vulnerability scans and collaborate with the security team on risk mitigation
- Administer virtual servers in VMware and/or Hyper-V environments
- Design and implement server/storage systems and perform capacity/resource planning
- Manage users, groups, OUs, objects, GPOs, and site services in a multi-domain environment
- Travel to remote locations as needed and participate in on-call rotation outside standard hours
- Mentor junior staff and document technology solutions
What You'll Need
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Institute Degree/Certificate in Information Systems or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 7 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/server environments
- 3+ years of enterprise experience
- Experience with vSphere is highly desired
- Preferred certifications: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work onsite five days a week
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance
- Familiarity with departmental procedures and policies

- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
