About the Role
Join our Missiles & Fire Control team as a Software Engineer, where you'll design, develop, and maintain embedded real-time software for PAC-3 defense systems. You'll work on mission-critical applications that integrate with advanced engineering, scientific, and manufacturing systems-including avionics, flight control, and weapons systems.
This role involves full lifecycle software development, from requirements analysis to implementation and formal qualification testing. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customers, suppliers, and technical stakeholders.

About the Role
Join our Missiles & Fire Control team as a Software Engineer, where you'll design, develop, and maintain embedded real-time software for PAC-3 defense systems. This role involves full lifecycle software development, from requirements analysis to implementation and formal qualification testing. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customers, suppliers, and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain embedded real-time software using Ada.
- Support integration with Linux (CentOS) and VxWorks real-time operating systems.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including continuous integration and DevSecOps.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable software factory.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
- Proficiency in Ada programming.
- Experience with Linux-based development environments.
- Background in real-time embedded systems.
- Experience with C++.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of VxWorks and Linux CentOS.
- Experience building and maintaining software factories.
