Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is undergoing a global transformation from SAP ECC ERP to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. This role is pivotal in leading the end-to-end migration, driving business process reengineering, and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Reporting to the Enterprise PMO, this position will oversee project execution, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

As Senior Manager, Program Management - SAP S/4HANA, you will lead the global implementation program, collaborating with leadership teams, technology teams, and vendors to design a standards-based, industry best-practices approach. You will be responsible for detailed project planning, stakeholder alignment, and program execution, ensuring a successful transition with minimal customizations and optimal integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP ECC 6 to SAP S/4HANA global implementation program.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute the transformation strategy.
• Oversee business process reengineering, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Manage program budget, stakeholder engagement, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with Terumo BCT's System Integrator partner for seamless execution.
• Conduct gap analysis to bridge business requirements while minimizing customizations.
• Develop and execute complex program and project plans in a matrixed environment.
• Ensure organizational change management and training readiness.
• Implement GxP & ISO Validation Protocols for compliance.
• Track status, metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and report on project budget and governance artifacts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure global alignment and integration.
• Provide strategic and tactical advice to leadership on project execution.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the program.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading an SAP S/4HANA migration from ECC6.
• Expertise in change management strategies for global implementations.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Proficiency in SAFE Agile methodologies.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of LEAN principles and their application.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and best practices.
• Experience in program management within regulated environments.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and provide solutions with minimal customizations.
• Expertise in hyperscaler services, system integration, and data migration governance.
• Strong risk management, cost estimation, and budget management skills.
• Ability to lead organizational readiness and hypercare activities post-go-live.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
