Title: Application Support Lead
Location: Cincinnati, OH - 45202
Duration: 06 12 months (with possible extension)
Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr
Role Overview:
Lead and manage support operations for critical business applications, ensuring prompt issue resolution, process improvement, and high customer satisfaction. Supervise support analysts, coordinate with development/operations teams, and drive service reliability.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk
- Incident, problem, and change management experience
- Process improvement and KPI management
- Mentoring and development of support staff
- ITIL or equivalent framework familiarity
