Epic Analyst Healthy Planet
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support new and existing initiatives at client. This role is build-focused, with an emphasis on configuring Healthy Planet registries, and supporting services related to Health Coaching, Occupational Health, and Pharmacy Navigation for new client implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Epic Healthy Planet build efforts, focusing on population health management, care gap closure, and clinical workflows.
- Support new client implementations, ensuring seamless configuration of workplace care services.
- Develop registries, BPA (Best Practice Alerts), SmartForms, and reporting tools aligned to clinical goals.
- Collaborate with operational teams, business partners, and other Epic module analysts to ensure integrated, patient-centered solutions.
- Support validation, testing, documentation, and go-live activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Epic experience, with Healthy Planet certification or proven build experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building registries, BPAs, and clinical workflows within Epic.
- Familiarity with workplace health programs and/or population health initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting new client implementations preferred.
