Job Details
Seeking an experienced SAP Project / Delivery Manager to lead a large SAP S/4HANA assessment and delivery project. Ideal candidate will have deep experience managing S/4 projects, preferably in the A&D industry, with Agile expertise and hands-on execution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of SAP S/4HANA discovery and assessment Supply Chain and Manufacturing workstreams.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- Drive execution, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage stakeholders, influence decision-making, and provide clear status updates.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID logs).
- Lead functional consultants, ABAP developers, and business analysts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years SAP ERP project management experience
- Prior large SAP implementation experience, S/4HANA preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, CSM, or SAP Activate certification is preferred.
- Aerospace & Defense project experience is a strong plus
