Title: Lead NodeJS Full Stack Developer
Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack NodeJS Developer with strong experience in NodeJS, VueJS, and AWS cloud services. The candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable applications, and drive CI/CD and cloud-native best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using NodeJS (backend) and VueJS (frontend)
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications
- Architect and deploy applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability
Required Skills
- 12+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS
- Frontend expertise in VueJS
- Solid experience with AWS Cloud Services
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- REST APIs, microservices architecture
- Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Nice to Have
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Serverless architecture
- Unit & integration testing frameworks
- Experience in leading teams
