Program Analyst
Position Description:
- Facilitate development of new and updates to existing policy and procedures
- Coordinate and perform foreign disclosure reviews for the NGJ cooperative program, to include liaising with stakeholders for review of outside-owned information
- Develop and facilitate training for contractors supporting NGJ cooperative program and review deliverables to ensure compliance with JPO requirements of NGJ contracts
- Manage the drafting and coordination of reports, processes, studies, official memos, and presentations and present information, as needed, to JPO and PMA leadership
- Capture and track action status with cooperative efforts, notification to team members of outstanding actions
- Maintain JPO schedules and milestone tracking using existing acquisition tools
- Assist leads and team members on managing visit requests, coordination of events, response to data calls, and execution of meetings
- Support leads in achieving JPO and PMA goals and objectives
- Track incoming and outgoing Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate with applicable team members to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Work with technical SMEs on appropriate policy interpretations, generate and facilitate policy training with NGJ team members
- Assist in providing recommendations to contractors for export compliance

Position supports a US Government contract. U. S. citizenship required and active DOD Secret Clearance or higher required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.
