Business Development Managers Staffing & Recruitment (Part-time / Full-time)

We re a consulting and staffing firm looking to collaborate with Business Development Managers / Account Managers who are already working on client requirements and have active connections with vendors or clients in the IT staffing space.
Role and responsibilities:
- Share and collaborate on live client requirements.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely updates on submissions and interviews.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and vendors.
- Earn incentives for every successful placement and PO generated.
And
- Professionals from staffing agencies or consulting firms with direct client or vendor connections.
- People currently handling IT requirements (Contract / C2C / W2).
- Independent BD managers or part-time consultants who can collaborate remotely.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
