Job Description

ECS is seeking a Field Service Representative (Bullpen ) to work in our Fairfax, VA office.

ECS Federal is seeking former Intelligence Analysts who have 4-6 years of experience in analyzing and exploiting Full Motion Video and High-Altitude Static Imagery collected from Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms. Successful candidates may be asked to exploit and analyze Electro-Optical (EO), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Infra-Red (IR) imagery and/or video in support of government customers within PED environments. Candidates must be able to use critical thinking to pinpoint key details and communicate with mission partners effectively; assisting with program integration into intelligence mission environments. As a Bullpen member, the candidate will work very closely with the Chief of Training and will be expected to present curriculum to current and newly-hired Field Service Representatives (FSR).

A s uccessful candidate may be required to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS sites to conduct training exercises or to backfill the role of FSRs. The candidate is expected to conduct local and distance-based training initiatives and contribute to program development by following principles from the ADDIE and SAM instructional design models. Candidates are expected to have expert communication skills and experience delivering meaningful learning solutions. Successful candidates will also be expected to assist with training program evaluation using methodologies like the Kirkpatrick Model to assess and maximize continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Must have an active DOD TS/SCI
  • High School diploma with 4-6 years of related experience (related bachelor's degree, such as Industrial Education, Education, Intelligence Studies, IT, Science, Geography, Political Science, History, International Studies, etc., may count for up to four years of experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent analytical writing and briefing skills, with experience providing planned and ad hoc briefings and demonstrations for VIPs and/or distinguished visitors
  • Demonstrated instructional capabilities to include developing and implement training plans
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting training events, remote and/or classroom training, or related experience
  • Proven instructional skills to include developing and preparing curriculum
  • Self-starter that can work independently, thrive and communicate clearly while working in a dynamic environment during high-tempo operations.
  • Customer focused mentality in order to deliver disruptive technology in an operational environment.


Desired Skills

  • Knowledgeable of the intelligence and/or operations cycles, with four to six years working in the intelligence analysis field in a U.S. military environment
  • Experience as a JFO/JTAC or ITC.
  • Experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses
  • Experience delivering or facilitating in-person training in a technical education environment
  • Experience and working knowledge of at least one rapid development tool (e.g., Presenter, Captivate, Articulate)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology field, such as IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science.
  • Experience working in a JOC environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
  • Security+ certification
  • Experienced in Multi-Int Analysis & Archiving System MAAS, ArcGIS, GETS, DCGS tools, AIMES, and Google Earth
  • Experience with data mining using M3, or open-source reporting, etc.
  • Experience exploiting Full Motion Video (FMV)
  • Experience exploiting High Altitude imagery
  • Experience exploiting Captured Enemy Materials
  • Experience exploiting Publicly Available Information
  • Understanding of national level imagery product standards and customer support services
  • Knowledge of and experience with the imagery collection process
  • Preferred candidates will also bring experience employing entry-level or higher IT/Systems Administrator/Network Administrator skills and/or scripting and/or coding
