World Wide Technology is looking for a Senior Program Manager Infrastructure Transformation (NOC Build). This role is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 hourly (W2/C2C). Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

Job Description:

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Senior Program Manager Infrastructure Transformation (NOC Build) for a 3 Month Contract position, as part of our Strategic Resourcing Services and staff augmentation efforts.

In this role, the selected consultant will work directly with a WWT client, supporting their internal team and business objectives. While WWT facilitates the position, the consultant will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partner organizations, which will provide complete details regarding compensation and benefits before employment.

Position Overview:
We re seeking a strategic yet execution-driven Senior Program Manager to partner directly with senior technology leaders in driving the design and rollout of a Network Operations Center (NOC) transformation. This individual will serve as a critical thought partner helping translate complex ideas into actionable plans, build alignment across disparate groups, and ensure clarity and accountability across each sprint cycle.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, diplomat, and driver comfortable operating in sensitive, emotionally charged environments such as M&A, divestitures, or large-scale organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Act as the right-hand partner to senior stakeholders in shaping the NOC strategy and execution roadmap.
  • Translate loosely defined business and technical concepts into structured, actionable next steps.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities early, enabling proactive course correction.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish cadence for sprint and Kanban activities, bridging WWT s sprint model with the customer s Kanban workflow.
  • Maintain transparent documentation of decisions, next steps, and deliverables for leadership review.
  • Ensure momentum across sprints by facilitating working sessions, capturing outputs, and holding teams accountable.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong cross-functional bridges among partially aligned or siloed organizations.
  • Engage diverse audiences through clear communication and tailored storytelling connecting technical detail to business context.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in surfacing blockers and calling BS when needed, always with professionalism and solution orientation.
