Required Skills: A MUST
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.
Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM, Source2Pay).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS- ITSM, HRSD, Discovery)
Desired Skills:
Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer.
Understanding of CMDB and Discovery.
Knowledge of Employee Service Portal and custom widget development
