Job Title: Oracle RightNow Service Cloud Consultant
Location: Texas Remote (Initial few days onsite for KT, then fully remote) Experience Required: 8+ years Job Type: Long-term Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle RightNow Service Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive implementation and customization experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow), along with strong technical expertise in scripting, integrations, and user interface configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle RightNow Service Cloud (OSvC) solutions.
  • Design and develop custom scripts, workflows, event handlers, and business rules tailored to client requirements.
  • Work extensively with OSvC Browser User Interface (BUI) and Agent Desktop for configuration and customization.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs.
  • Configure and manage email settings and mailboxes within Oracle Service Cloud.
  • Customize and enhance the Customer Portal using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Provide technical support and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide optimal solutions.
  • Utilize OSvC modules such as Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and case routing for enhanced service delivery.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle RightNow (Service Cloud) implementation and support.
  • Strong programming skills in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with OSvC BUI and Agent Desktop.
  • Expertise in building custom scripts, event handlers, workflows, and business rules.
  • Solid understanding and experience with REST APIs for system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of email configuration and mailbox management in OSvC.
  • Front-end development skills for the Customer Portal using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle RightNow certification or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience with additional Oracle Service Cloud modules or third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
