; Job Summary
Client is seeking a skilled Digital Data Analyst to support our Digital team in measuring, optimizing, and enhancing our online and digital channels. This role focuses on web analytics, tag management, and data visualization to inform strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and Tableau, with strong technical and analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital performance metrics, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.

; Key Responsibilities

; Data Collection & Tag Management
Implement, configure, and maintain digital tags and tracking using Tealium Tag Management System.Ensure comprehensive and accurate tracking across all digital assets and user interactions.Collaborate with development, UX, and marketing teams to define and deploy analytics strategies that support business goals.

; Digital Analytics
Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor site performance, user behaviors, conversion rates, and engagement trends.Create dashboards and ad hoc reports to uncover insights and support digital marketing strategies.Support A/B testing and personalization efforts with detailed analysis of test performance and customer segments.
; Data Visualization & Reporting
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau or other BI tools to communicate performance and KPIs.Translate complex analytical findings into clear visual narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.Provide ongoing support and insights to cross-functional teams for continuous digital optimization.

; Optimization & Insights
Analyze customer journeys, funnel performance, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.Provide actionable insights to improve digital experience and increase conversion rates.Stay current with digital analytics trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

; Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics.Proven experience managing and deploying digital tags using Tealium or a comparable TMS.Strong proficiency with Tableau (or similar tools) for dashboarding and storytelling with data.Deep understanding of digital purchase funnels, user engagement, and event tracking.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

; Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and platforms.Certifications in Adobe Analytics, Tealium, or Tableau are a plus.
