We are looking for Automation Tester position with automation tools (VSTS, Rocket Terminal Emulator, Splunk) and automation framework (VSTS using C#). Jira as reporting tool.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Professional Services Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to quality, positive work ethic and a "can do" attitude.

You will be working with cross functional professional groups to perform quality testing on a multitude of new and existing Fiserv Billpay and Banking products and feature releases. The job will require product understanding and the ability to clearly articulate the functionality by way of creating use cases, test plans and testing scenarios. In this role you will:

Learn and fully understand existing Fiserv Billpay and Banking products

Interact with multiple teams in different locations (India & USA)

Perform test planning and execution for multiple software products and feature releases

Understand the business and functional product requirements and implement / prepare / support the automated testing solutions using existing framework and executing changes to adapt to new requirements

Work independently with minimum guidance to meet documented milestones

Explore the latest changes on automation in the industry and evaluate the fitness for current framework

Report and track defects in a timely manner during test execution

Should be flexible enough to work with progressively elaborated requirements and frequent changes

Should be able to analyze issues and provide solutions within a short turnaround time

Should be collaborative with Dev/QA/BA teams and partners as product features are iteratively released

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent or comparable work experience.

Job Related Experience:

Hands on Experience in C# .Net technology. Ability to derive new ideas/concepts in automation. Experience in writing Database queries. Good knowledge in software QA test methodologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Exposure to Test Management and defect tracking tools. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work in multiple projects to meet the deadline.

Preferred Languages: Python, VBScript, Ruby, AutoHotKey

Expertise in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint & Skype

Desirable skills:

Experience in the banking industry or with banking products.

Command line knowledge of UNIX and Windows.

Experience in Agile Testing Methodologies.
