Senior Policy Implementation Lead
Location: Remote*
Description: Seeking a Senior Policy Implementation Lead to support our efforts under the PRISM MATOC Task Order for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA).This role focuses on guiding policy implementation and training support, leading initiatives to enhance personnel policy, readiness, and financial resilience. The lead will oversee critical programs, provide strategic direction and foster collaboration to advance M&RA's mission.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:
- Guide the implementation of personnel policies to align with OASD M&RA priorities.
- Lead training support initiatives, ensuring effective delivery of educational programs.
- Oversee critical programs, including INCAP and Military Personnel Policy (MPP) efforts, to meet mission objectives.
- Provide strategic direction on policy development and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate policy initiatives into broader goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation for policy updates and training procedures.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to enhance program capabilities and address evolving needs.
- Liaise with government stakeholders to align policy efforts with readiness and financial goals.
- Maintain currency with DoD policy standards, protocols, and communication requirements.
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless policy execution.
Required Experience:
- Proven expertise in policy implementation within DoD or federal environments, with a focus on personnel and training support.
- Strong leadership skills for guiding complex policy initiatives in high-uncertainty settings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including the ability to provide briefs, reports, etc., for senior leader review).
- Experience with training program development and delivery to meet operational standards.
- Capacity to provide strategic oversight and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Operational working knowledge of DoD personnel policy systems and protocols.
- Familiarity with DoD personnel policy systems, including INCAP and MPP.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed*
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to qualify and obtain a Secret clearance.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, business administration, or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in policy implementation, including 5+ years supporting federal programs like PRISM.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or training development a plus.
- 5+ years of experience overseeing policy and training initiatives for large-scale government programs.
