Job Details

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset
5-10 years of experience in an project coordination and/or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
