Introduction:

The Salesforce Architect - Developer will play a crucial role in our team by leveraging their expertise in Salesforce CRM to design and develop solutions that meet our business needs. This individual will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on Salesforce architecture and design
  • Develop custom applications and integrations using Salesforce technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and new features

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in software/CRM, with at least 5 years in Salesforce CRM
  • Salesforce certifications in functional and technical areas
  • Experience in application development and integration using different design patterns
  • Functional understanding of various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, LWC, FSL, etc.
  • Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Highly productive both independently and in team environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Effective communication skills with a wide range of audiences
