Job Title: Senior UX Strategist (Developer Niche)

Location: Malvern, PA Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert-level UI/UX design solutions focused on highly usable web and enterprise application interfaces, including site layout, navigation, and content structure, while ensuring optimized system performance.

  • Collaborate with IT architects, developers, product, marketing, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive UI/UX strategies.

  • Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, interactive mockups, and experience flows that align with business and marketing goals and meet high usability and branding standards.

  • Conduct UX research and data analysis, using both qualitative and quantitative methods to improve user experience and inform critical design decisions.

  • Present design strategies and prototypes confidently to senior leadership, project teams, and enterprise stakeholders, ensuring clarity, engagement, and strategic alignment.

  • Support project teams by providing UI/UX guidance, design documentation, and best-practice recommendations throughout the project lifecycle from discovery to execution.

  • Perform or oversee UI usability testing, informal functional UI testing, and coded UI validation to ensure adherence to defined designs, behaviors, and interaction standards.

  • Champion UX strategy success by advocating for the best possible user experience at every stage of development and execution.

  • Build and leverage a professional internal and external network to foster enterprise collaboration and contribute to UX innovation.

  • Conduct design and code reviews to validate feasibility, performance, scalability, and strategic alignment.

  • Train and mentor junior UX/UI designers and functional testers, driving excellence in UX practices and delivery.

  • Provide ongoing guidance, motivation, training, and support to team members.

  • Participate in department-wide initiatives and special projects, contributing creative solutions and proactive ownership.

  • Prior exposure to enterprise UX strategy, supply chain, retail, or IT-driven UI projects

  • Experience collaborating with large IT organizations or global delivery teams
