Description:
Sr. Project Manager - Special Surveys
Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have office and field surveying experience and will be tasked with:
The preparation of Boundary, Topographic and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys under the supervision of a MD Professional land surveyor.
Independently conducting research, organizing documents, and analyzing deeds, plats, and reviewing title commitments
Utilizing various Local, County, State and Quasi-Public databases for Geospatial data acquisition
Field data processing including field-to-finish and traverse adjustment
Required Skills and Experience
Must be proficient with and have at least three years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office programs.
Should have the ability to review and process field data, including least squares traverse adjustments and importing points into CAD. Experience with Trimble Business Center and Star*Net is a plus, but not required.
Should have exposure using networked desktop computer systems.
Must have good math and communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
Must have regular in-office attendance, the ability to work independently with direction and a desire to learn and progress in the Survey profession, both personally and as part of a team.
