Responsibilities :
- Direct and oversee the selection, implementation, and configuration of software, hardware, and network infrastructure for database management systems.
- Establish and maintain high standards for database tools, administration protocols, and best practices, ensuring operational excellence.
- Lead efforts to monitor and apply critical SQL Server patches and updates, guaranteeing system security and reliability.
- Architect and drive the development of data models and access layers that enhance new product capabilities and scalability.
- Strategize and implement robust backup solutions and database replication protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Tackle complex technical challenges with a visionary mindset, delivering innovative and forward-thinking solutions.

- Bachelor's with 10+ years (or commensurate experience)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certifications in relevant technologies.
