Jr. Field Support Engineer-Network

Job Description:
- Boxing / unboxing
- Plug and play networking equipment s (Under supervision of sr network engineers)
- Capable enough to understand the instruction and follow unboxing, installation, back-up, etc
- Rack & stack of networking equipment s (under supervision). No prior knowledge of device configuration needed
- Service Now helpdesk knowledge (recommended)
- Networking to. Desktop support ratio per site would be 2:1
- Good Communication (as they would be coordinating with end users)
