Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Consultant who will support our client's AMS (Applicant Management Services) team. This role will be responsible for supporting HR business processes, resolving incidents, managing change requests, and ensuring system stability in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Hire-to-Retire (HR2) process within SAP HCM and exposure to SAP Travel Management.

Duties:

  • Support HR business processes end-to-end across the complete Hire-to-Retire workflow by ensuring processes run smoothly within SAP HCM.

  • Resolve incidents and troubleshoot any technical and functional problems affecting HR operations in the production environment, respond to user issues promptly, and implement fixes to minimize business disruption.

  • Manage change requests and system enhancements to support evolving business needs and manage the deployment of enhancements to SAP HCM while maintaining system integrity.

  • Ensure production system stability and performance by monitoring the SAP HCM system health, performing maintenance activities, applying patches and updates, and proactively identify and addressing potential issues to maintain reliable HR operations.

  • Provide travel management support and advisory services with SAP Travel Management to support employee travel processes, assist with travel policy compliance, and advise stakeholders on travel-related system functionality and capabilities.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with SAP HR Hire-to-Retire

  • 4+ years of experience with SAP Human Capital Management

  • Exposure to SAP Travel Management

  • Experience with supporting HR business processes, resolving incidents, managing change requests, and ensuring system stability in a production environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Related certifications
