Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc. is searching for a ServiceNow Procurement Analyst for a long term Contract opportunity with our direct client.  This position is 100% Remote based.  Only candidates eligible for direct employment will be considered for this role. Sponsorship is not available.

Position: ServiceNow Procurement /Process Analyst 

Location: 100% Remote

  • Serve as the process expert supporting Procurement, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable departments using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Drive efforts for Source-to-Pay (S2P)-specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis.
  • Advise customers on utilizing ServiceNow Creator Workflow Solutions standard capabilities to improve departmental processes.
  • Support key customer process owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in obtaining business requirements.
  • Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks and functionally-focused user stories.
  • Support internal unit testing of developed solutions during the development stage.
  • Serve as a lead member of an overall engagement project team.
  • Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on process.


  • At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations.
  • Ability to influence and consult for a Supply Chain department, providing thought leadership in solving business process and/or technical problems.
  • End-to-end understanding of S2P functional areas, including Procurement, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable.
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state S2P processes.
  • Strong understanding of leading industry S2P systems and tools such as Procurify, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Experience converting business requirements to configuration requirements through user stories supporting Agile Development.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with proficiency in Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service/Support using technologies.
  • Ability to analyze and recommend strategies based on business priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and proven team player/team builder.
