Location: Dallas Texas
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: & USC.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes, system workflows, and data structures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support implementation of software solutions, integrations, and process automation initiatives.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendors.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and data governance policies.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical, business systems, or data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management practices.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
