Quality Assurance/Control Tester

IDEALFORCE has a Contract position available immediately for a Quality Assurance/Control Tester to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description:
The Client is seeking an experienced quality assurance analyst to assist the Appellate courts with the implementation of new and updated software solutions. The successful candidate will be working with the Arizona Supreme Court and Court of Appeals (Divisions One and Two). This position will also be working closely with the product testing team and the software development team. This is a ‘contract only’ position with a potential for a transition to a full-time position.
Responsibilities
•Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
•Assist in planning and testing the migration of case data from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and accessibility
•Identify, document, and track application defects, providing detailed analysis to facilitate bug resolution •Work closely with developers, cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to understand system functionality, define acceptance criteria, and resolve issues
•Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to elicit and document Business Requirements, create wireframes, and translate functional needs into detailed technical specifications for development and testing teams
Requirements
•3 – 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer
•Strong understanding of software testing principles and various software development life cycle models •Experience working with low-code automation tools
•Ability to document user and technical business requirements and identify key data elements using industry standard approaches •Strong documentation and technical writing abilities
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on communicating technical information from development teams to business and QA teams
