Job Title - Senior Salesforce Developer
Key Skills Required:
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, integration, and data migration
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CICD tools (Gearset, Copado)
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Sales Service Cloud Consultant) highly desirable

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions Design, code, and deploy scalable applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Code Review DevOps Perform code reviews, enforce branching and merging strategies, and manage deployments using CICD tools (preferably Copado).
Debugging Fixing Quickly analyze and debug production issues, providing reliable fixes and long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Translate business requirements Convert complex business needs into robust technical specifications and solution designs.
Manage integrations Oversee data migration and integration efforts using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Lead development lifecycle Manage end-to-end development and deployment processes, including configuration and code changes using Git and CICD tools.
Provide technical leadership Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Ensure platform security Manage profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain data security.
Utilize Salesforce features Customize applications using Salesforce configuration and Flow best practices.
Create reports and dashboards Build standard reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics visuals.
