As an Entry-Level Lighting/Electrical Engineer at our Chicago office, you'll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.

You'll create construction drawings with a focus on lighting design for various buildings and transportation projects in close coordination with architectural designers or roadway engineers using Revit, Autocad and Microstation software.

Here's what you'll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

ship is required

Ideally, you'll also have:

EIT or FE credentials

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microstation

Experience in construction plan preparation

Experience with AGI32.

Experience working with roadway engineers, architects, interior designers engineers and lighting designers.

Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

61,800.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

84,900.00

The base salary range for this position is $61,800.00 to $84,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
