Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Scientist with AI SME expertise who can lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert in artificial intelligence, providing strategic direction and technical leadership in building intelligent systems that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an AI/ML Subject Matter Expert to internal teams and clients.

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML models using best practices.

  • Guide the selection of appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and tools for specific business use cases.

  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define problem statements and AI-driven solutions.

  • Perform data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering for model development.

  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and retrain models as needed.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business analysts.

  • Communicate insights and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ensure AI solutions align with ethical guidelines, data privacy, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

  • Strong programming experience with Python, including libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

  • Experience in predictive modeling, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
