This job will have the following responsibilities:

• We are seeking a dynamic Technical Process Manager/Data Scientist with a strong foundation in Decision Science and Consulting. This role blends product and process management with data-driven storytelling to drive business outcomes and value creation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a product mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
  Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Mindset
  • Own and manage product feature backlogs; collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of key features and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Apply industry best practices in product and data product management.
  • Ideate and propose use cases for data products, estimate business value, and prioritize accordingly.
  2. Presentation & Storytelling
  • Design compelling presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Deliver impactful narratives to executive teams and stakeholders.
  3. Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Build predictive models and data-driven strategies to address business challenges.
  4. Consultation & Business Engagement
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Present findings with clarity, confidence, and executive presence.
  5. Collaboration
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align analytics with business strategy.
  • Bridge the gap between technical analysis and business outcomes.
  6. Continuous Learning
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  Must-Have Skills
  
  • Proven experience in product and process management in business-facing roles.
  • Expertise in presentation design (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into business value.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (especially Google Cloud Platform) and data warehousing.
  Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in decision science, analytics, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
