Job Title: Senior Infor Consultant
Location: St. Louis, MO
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle global implementations of Infor EAM, Factory Track, and Supplier Rebate for
manufacturing clients.
Configure and deploy Factory Track modules (Time Track, Shop Floor, Inventory Handling), ensuring
seamless integration with Infor M3.
Design and implement mobile and cloud-based solutions for Factory Track and EAM to improve shop
floor and field operations.
Execute complex system integration projects involving third-party systems such as Oracle ERP, SAP, ADP,
IBM iSeries, and OEM applications.
Define, plan, and implement robust data migration strategies while ensuring integrity, validation, and
audit traceability.
Lead client workshops including requirements gathering, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User
Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
Customize and configure Infor applications to meet client-specific manufacturing workflows and
compliance requirements.
Drive large-scale migration projects, including transitions from Oracle EAM to Infor EAM and Salesforce
SCM to Infor M3 SCM.
Automate testing and data validation using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting tools.
Leverage IBM Cognos Analytics to deliver real-time dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights for
manufacturing performance optimization.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including solution blueprints, process maps, technical
specifications, and user manuals.
Required Qualifications:
14+ years of experience in Infor ERP ecosystem with deep hands-on expertise in Infor EAM, M3, and
Factory Track.
Minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementations across Infor CloudSuite platforms.
Demonstrated success in at least 2 major migrations from Oracle EAM or Salesforce to Infor systems.
Professional certifications in Infor EAM, Infor M3, and/or Infor Factory Track (CloudSuite versions
preferred).
Strong experience working with Oracle EAM and SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Payables).
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, MES, and shop floor automation technologies.
Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for enterprise delivery.
Strong communication and facilitation skills to manage stakeholders across workshops, testing, and
training phases.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Infor Factory Track modules: Time Track, Shop Floor Control, Inventory
Transactions.
Hands-on experience with Infor ION, Infor OS, and middleware for enterprise system integration.
Proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics or similar BI tools for enhanced reporting and dashboard creation.
Skilled in creating alerts, workflows, and business triggers to align with operational KPIs.
Familiar with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and automated testing frameworks for manufacturing data
validation.
