Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Workday Analyst with a strong background in Payroll systems and Time Evolution modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience with Workday and exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of systems engineering, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
<>Key Responsibilities</>- Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including usability, data, security, and supportability.
- Translate requirements into functional designs and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess risks, feasibility, and business impacts to drive process improvements.
- Model processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create and maintain clear documentation to ensure traceability from requirements to testing and delivery.
- Define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing to validate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, applying systems thinking and analytical approaches to solve complex problems.
- Seek mentorship from senior team members and continuously develop skills through hands-on learning.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday, particularly Time Evolution and Payroll modules.
- Implementation experience with Workday (end-to-end or major module deployment).
- Deep understanding of Payroll processes and system integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering concepts and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Close attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities.
- 2 4 years of IT experience or a related 4-year degree.
- Experience in Agile project environments.
- Agile certifications or formal training.
- Exposure to Project Management, Requirements Analysis, and Requirements Lifecycle Management.
