  • Control Requirements: Champion control requirements from Simulink models and test cases.
  • Efficiency: Continuously improve efficiency within the group by enhancing processes, quality, and mentoring members.
  • Testing: Develop Hardware in the Loop (HIL) benches and vehicle test strategies.
  • Peer Reviews: Conduct and support peer reviews.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead and contribute to root cause analysis of control software issues during testing and validation.
  • Collaboration: Support collaboration between motorsports and production teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure work is completed according to milestones with excellence and compliance with GM processes and safety procedures.
  • Travel: Approximately 10 weeks of travel per year, including winter testing in Northern Michigan and testing tracks in the US and internationally.
