Role Name: SAP HCM -Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong background in implementing the Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) and configuring AI-driven capabilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at aligning business objectives with intelligent talent development solutions, leveraging SuccessFactors' latest innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully led or contributed to the implementation of Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) in at least one or two full-cycle projects, including integration of AI-based attribute inference tools.
  • Configured and deployed AI-powered features within SuccessFactors to support personalized recommendations for learning, mentoring, coaching, and professional growth.
  • Provided strategic advisory to project teams on best practices for TIH implementation, including defining skills taxonomy, creating job profiles, and developing growth portfolios.
  • Designed and maintained Story Reports to facilitate the export of TIH-related data to enterprise Data Warehouses (DWH), ensuring data consistency and alignment with reporting needs.
  • Proactively explored and implemented new features from SAP SuccessFactors releases, particularly those related to TIH and talent development enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in implementing TIH solutions within SAP SuccessFactors in real-world projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors talent modules and experience integrating AI-driven tools and features.
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams through design and deployment of TIH.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Story Reports within SuccessFactors, including data export strategies for downstream systems.
  • Consistently up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and roadmap updates.
